When you look at great support staff positions for sales teams, they tend to have several critical traits rolled into one: being prepared, asking questions, and solving problems. Jose Piña, sales support for Western Window Systems’ custom sales team, separates himself as someone who shares these characteristics and then some.
“He’s constantly looking for ways to become more efficient,” says Andrew Darr, vice president of custom sales for Western Window Systems. “He adds input to our processes that make the sales area more efficient.”
Darr goes on to describe Piña, who started at the company in 2005, as “one of the hardest-working employees at Western,” taking pride in his projects, always striving to do the best job, and never taking shortcuts. His product knowledge makes him valuable to both coworkers and dealer partners.
“He does an amazing job interacting with the sales representatives that manage the territory,” says Darr. “His desire to win and support his team makes him an important asset to our company.”
Congratulations to Jose Piña, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for October.
