As part of an ongoing effort to enhance the quoting experience for its dealers, Western Window Systems now includes NFRC (National Fenestration Rating Council) ratings of its innovative door and window solutions in CustomView, the company’s proprietary ordering system.
“By having access to these ratings, dealers can see exactly how each of our products performs energy-wise,” says Andrew Darr, Western Window Systems vice president of custom sales.
The certified web-based quoting tool is available to dealer partners 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With the architectural detail and customization that Western Window Systems’ product lines offer, the online tool allows dealers to get the most accurate pricing information available before presenting a quote to customers.
“There are thousands of options that are automatically generated when a dealer inputs the information into the portal,” Darr says. “This is a huge value add for our dealers.”
